I can’t think of any field where there is no improvement happening through storytelling, especially in all processes of transferring of knowledge, it’s a fantastic tool.

It doesn’t matter whether it‘s with children, teenagers or adults. If someone tells a story everybody is listening with open ears.

I believe that teachers have to experience storytelling on their own. On the one hand they have to see how it’s to be a listener, who is learning about a story. On the other hand they have to experience themselves as a storyteller and then just see what happens. The third step is that they learn how to communicate their knowledge and how they motivate other people to tell.
